not much has happened! just family for weeks. thanksgiving is next week. i think it is my least favorite holiday, even though its all about eating!!! it's weird i know. i think its just cuz tradition bothers me--having a freakin turkey every single year, blah. or maybe it's just the turkey. not a fan of it. my delightful mother has taken that to heart and gets a ham for me [and who ever wants to eat it]. this year we are flying up to minneSODA for good ol turkey day. it might be fun!
stella is HUGE! she's still considered a puppy...she's 7.5 months! she cracks us up so much--she does the funniest things! she's all about doing somersaults [totally had to go to dictionary.com for that word:P] she is becoming more cuddly, but not much. she will sit right next to me on the love sack! i think it's so cute. i taught her how to roll over! she doesn't always like to do it but oh well.
the semester is almost over! i can't believe it! it's gone by so flippin fast! it's good tho. next semester will be tough so i'm gettin ready for a full schedule. how fun.

summer days are over...
So! my fun and entertaining semester of school has started! i'm 2 weeks in and i have just loved it. minus the whole math part. but! greg is a math WIZ [sick] so he was patient and sat there with me while we spent allllllll sunday afternoon working on my homework. literally took all afternoon, even some of our evening, with a few breaks hurr and thurr. other than that, its fun! i [have a break between classes right now and netflix isn't working so i can't watch wizards of waverly place:( sad day. it's hard to have a fast internet when there are thousands of people all trying to use it at the same time!]
i feel like i'm pretty busy this semester but not. i guess i have just enough chill time where i'm not super stressed. i was thinking that i might be able to handle having a job and going to school but i'm not sure. i was wondering how i did it while going to my last college and even in high school. but during high school i only worked weekends then only worked like every other day. also! i didn't have a husband/boyfriend or a little dog to take care for and worry about. i think that makes a difference. if i didn't have anyone to come home to i think i could work because i would be on my own schedule and be stressed because i had to! once i graduate, tho, i think i will look for a job. i like having a scheduled life. the summer break is nice being able to do whatever i want but those few days where i just can't think of a THING to do in the world i just hate it.
that is why school is so nice. i go to campus every day, classes are only on tues and thurs tho. on MWF i go to this child development lab and observe preschoolers. then hit up the gym:) what i hate about some classes is they actually require that i read the books, ugh. it sucks. it's so much work and soooo many pages! so reading about 30 pages for 3 classes each week, good lovin thats hard for me, as a person who hates reading and doesn't do it very well. but so far i've been doing good. this semester i'm going to try to do better than the previous semesters. i'm gonna try to stay on top! i think i can get good grades in all my classes, except for math, we'll see bout that one.
i was figuring out how many credits i will have to take next semester in order to graduate and i think i can totally do it! this semester i'm taking 15 credits, next will be a little heavier but i will graduate! i feel so cool sometimes that i go to ASU. i love it so much! i can't believe i actually made it to a university, never thought i would, honestly. USC was my dream school but once i saw tuition, pass. i keep thinking about my dad and how much he would HATE walking around on campus. there are about 40-50,000 people i think who are on the main campus--that's the population of a city! crazy! so my dad having to walk thru that every day ha man he'd be stressin. cracks me up thinkin bout it.
btw, i havent started my etsy biz yet...i'm skurrd. i would like to have more cards made up or more something. idk. i guess i could give it a shot. aye. so i'm listening to my "cute mix" cd i made years ago and i'm so sad for whatever reason it didn't import right and some of the songs don't play right. i need to redo it i guess.

etsy! here i come!
first of all, it's been awhile and i've been slacking. so sorry.
2nd. etsy is on my mind. with all the money i have spent on my flipping scrapbookin/card makin hobby i've decided to try to make my money back! it might take awhile tho:P but i am going to give it a try. i will let everyone know when i'm up and running.
i have a feeling...gilmore girls has taken over my life. when greg is gone for a long period of time i can easily finish a whole season in a week. i'm on season 7, already. then i will start it all over. but i do enjoy knowing it so well that i dont have to sit and watch it, it just plays and i listen while i CRAFT:P what kind of person am i?!
this weekend: gabriel iglesias! i'm so excited. he cracks me up. a fluffy little me-he-can.

show me state!
hello missouri! i keep wanting to say mo-town but i don't think that would be right. annnnyhoo. greg and i drove all the way here from az and arrived at my grandparent's house saturday morning at 8! we made great timing. my aunt was flying in to suprise my gma because her bday was on father's day. so i'm chattin with my aunt then when they get here i see my other aunt and her daughter [my cuz] and then i go outside and bradley was there too! we had been talking about him coming out there but he wasn't for sure if he was so i guess he just decided to suprise me! but my uncle ruined it for me. i was still happy to see him tho! they weren't here for too long but oh the moments we shared... during an intense game of apples to apples i think we were laughing pretty much the whole time. my family is entertaining:)
yesterday i showed greg a place called bennett spring. it's a fish hatchery/campground/state park. there are a bunch of rainbow trout and you can buy fish food and feed them. its so fun to see them jump up and go all crassssey. our hands smelled so delish afterwards:P
today greg and i are gonna go check out a river because he is just dying to go swimming. i forgot how delightful the weather is here:P it's soooo flippin humid. yuck. it gets about as hot as it does in az but it's a completely different kind of heat. so strange.

up up UP! & more
Saturday night we waited until 10:10 pm to see UP! in 3D...I think it was pretty much worth it. It was my first time experiencing the 3D experience. The previews were cool too. G-Force was one of the previews and those little gerbils were flyin at me! I told my mom she would've hated that preview--especially in 3D. The glasses hurt my nose a tad but it was cool watching it.
Sunday we drove up to Show Low to stay with my parents. Well, Greg is working on his grandparents ranch helpin out with some chores so I'm hangin out with my mom mostly. I've been pretty lazy, catchin up on the Disney channel. I came up just in time for "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" marathons:D I have found a new show I enjoy too...Wizards of Waverly Place. Those are the only 2, I swear. Stella has been staying here with me and my parents seem to like her and enjoy playing with her--I think:) The good thing about having to keep her in the garage is that we can't hear her bark in the middle of the night hehe. That might be a little sad but nice for us to be able to sleep!
I think it is time for a little treat for the night.

jim breuer!!!
so, last night me, greg, and his friend ryan went to the tempe improv...in tempe. twas quite a good time. we saw good ol' jim breuer. supposedly he's known for doing "goat boy" on snl. i don't remember ever seeing that. oops. my sister loves him and has his dvd so i've seen him before. his tour is called the family man. so a lot of his jokes were about being a parent. it was hilarious! my face/mouth was hurting so bad i was laughing so hard! it was so much fun. he has a goofy little laugh that he'd do too after his jokes which was funny--laughin at his own jokes.
ok, so this is a pic i got off the good ol google. when he walked on stage i turned to greg and said that he looked stoned. then like 5 mins into him talking he wanted to clear something up: i'm not high. haha it was great. he's like "i came out of the womb like this" poor guy. well that was most of our night!:) btw, he does a great AC/DC impression...sounds exactly like em!

my first
well, i finally did it. whoop whoop. as i figure more out about this flippin thing, of course i will add more and get more crafty and what not but as for now, this is whatcha get. enjoy it.
so, we are on week 2 of having a puppy in our house. what a fun time it has been. almost like havin a brand spankin new baby! almost. the cutie barks in the middle of the night--either because she hates being caged up or because she has to pee. we assume that it's because she has business to do so we let her out many times a night and cage 'er back up. she yaps for a bit then, like a sweet baby, yaps herself to sleep. she has been quite entertaining.
this was her first day with us. i love how she lays down--cracks me up
tonight, she discovered the bottom shelf of the book shelf. soon she'll be too big to walk in there!
i guess she finds it comfy? she seems to like laying on the tile and wood floors better than carpet.
i like to think she's smiling:)
